So…what do you do when you want to make little Valentine treat holders and have these adorable little test tubes filled with candy? You use Test Tube Caddy and You’ve Been Framed Valentine!
I started out by making the caddies and added some sweet paper, Formula For Love, and die cut the frames. I love how customizable these caddies are, winter treats (marshmallows, mini chocolate chips), birthdays and now Valentines! I also used Diagonal Stripe Embossing Folder, as I felt it just added a little extra something to my caddies.
Isn’t the new paper sweet? Here’s a side view. The caddies are super easy to put together and the little Valentine Frames make it fast and easy to customize!
My 2nd card uses a new cutting plate that is absolutely stunning! It’s called Hearts A Flutter and I spent a little extra time on this one…I really wanted to show what else it could do! The cutting plate cuts all these little hearts and you can lift the edges of the heart (flutter hearts! I love it!), but I used the extra hearts (included with the cutting plate) to add a little color. What makes this cutting plate amazing is not only do you get extra hearts, but you also get this sentiment!
As a final step, I used Formula For Love Sequins and love how they add just the right amount of sparkle to my card!
Thanks for visiting, crafty friends! If you’d like to see more projects and new product information, please head over to the TE Blog for a complete blog roll of our participating designers!
